Statement on the transparency of the promotion of environmental or social characteristics and of sustainable investments on websites

Please find below all relevant documentation as per Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 (SFDR) and Regulation (EU) 2020/852 (Taxonomy).

Entity-level disclosures:

Sustainability-related disclosures (SFDR)

Entity-level disclosures (Articles 3, 4 and 5 SFDR)

Ascender Fund Partners entities acting as financial market participants publish the following entity-level disclosures on this website.

Article 3 – Integration of sustainability risks

We integrate sustainability risks into our governance and oversight framework in a manner proportionate to the nature of the funds and mandates we service. Further details are set out in our ESG Policy.

Article 4 – Principal adverse impacts statement (PAI)

At this time, we do not consider principal adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors at entity level within the meaning of Article 4 SFDR. This position reflects (i) the current level of market evolution and the availability and quality of ESG/PAI data required for consistent disclosures, (ii) the diversity of strategies and products we service, and (iii) ongoing uncertainty associated with voluntary PAI consideration. We review this position periodically. Where principal adverse impacts are considered at product level, this is disclosed in the relevant product documentation.

Article 5 – Remuneration policy

Our remuneration policy is designed to be consistent with the integration of sustainability risks and does not encourage excessive risk-taking in respect of sustainability risks. Further details are set out in the Remuneration Policy.

Product-level sustainability disclosures (per share class)

Product-level sustainability disclosures, including (where applicable) (i) the SFDR Article 10 sustainability-related website disclosures for Article 8 and Article 9 products and (ii) product-level PAI-related disclosures and periodic reports, are made available through our Fund Portal on a share-class basis. These documents can be accessed via the information icon (“i”) in the documentation section of each share class, subject to applicable jurisdiction and investor-category restrictions.
